Productivity for turfgrass management

The Eco Clipper AM is a self-driving mowing platform for large fields. Choose from two wide-area decks—309 cm or 513 cm—to match your site and productivity goals. Operating at speeds up to 16 km/h (10 mph), it delivers high productivity while maintaining a high-quality finish.

Flexible Operating Modes

• Autonomous Mowing — mows large areas independently using set or learned contours with minimal supervision.
  
• Manual — operator-guided tracing of edges, recording contours, navigating complex areas, and positioning at the optimal start point.
  
• Tractor Transport — fast relocation via a Category 3 three-point hitch behind a tractor.
  
• Autonomous Transport — folds/unfolds itself and travels between fields along a pre-mapped corridor; on arrival it deploys and resumes mowing.

Power options

The Eco Clipper AM is electrically driven. The power can come from:

• diesel generator
• 65 kWh battery, up to ~20 ha on one charge*

* Actual area depends on grass height/density, terrain, weather and operating speed.

Compliance & Safety

Operating a large autonomous mower at working speeds up to 16 km/h requires a proven safety architecture. In collaboration with AgriRobot and with support from RISE, we have developed a certifiable safety system for the Eco Clipper AM.

The Eco Clipper AM safety concept combines sensor fusion for obstacle detection with geofencing. These sensors are designed with individual safety levels ; together they form a complete solution designed to comply with ISO 18497 (safety of highly automated agricultural machines) and the functional safety standards ISO 13849 and ISO 25119.
