Mowing technology for quality and capacity

At Eco Clipper, technology never stands on its own. Every design decision serves one clear objective: reliable, high-quality mowing with high capacity under real field conditions. As pioneers in electric systems for large-area mowing, we design solutions in which ecological and economic advantages are integrated from the outset. Our technology is built around three core principles: efficient mowing systems, a consistent cut, and reliable performance — also under wet conditions. From drivetrain to deck design and from blade configuration to grass flow — every component functions as part of one integrated system.

The Eco Clipper mowing system

The Eco Clipper mowing system is engineered as a fully integrated concept. A high blade density, compact mowing decks and an electric drivetrain work together to deliver high area output without compromising cut quality.

Each blade is individually driven, eliminating the need for complex mechanical systems with shafts, gearboxes or belts. This results in a simpler, more efficient design with fewer wear components, low maintenance requirements and excellent contour following over uneven terrain.

The mowing decks are suspended using a unique mounting concept that allows each section to independently follow ground contours while maintaining overall stability at higher working speeds. This ensures consistent cutting height and uniform results, even under varying field conditions.

Consistent cut

Cut quality depends on more than blade speed alone. At Eco Clipper, a uniform mowing result is achieved through a high density of small, fast-rotating blades combined with a flat and smooth deck underside that supports optimal grass flow.

This configuration ensures a consistent cut across the full working width, even at higher mowing speeds.

Reliable performance under wet conditions

Mowing cannot always wait for ideal weather. Eco Clipper machines are designed to maintain cut quality and productivity when conditions are less favourable.

Deck geometry, blade configuration and grass discharge are optimised to prevent clogging and material build-up. In addition, the relatively low machine weight and large pneumatic tyres help limit soil compaction.

This combination makes it possible to continue mowing in damp or wet grass without the need for later removal of excess clippings. It improves operational planning and contributes to overall turf quality.

An integrated approach to mowing technology

Eco Clipper technology is built around the interaction between mowing system design, consistent cut quality and reliable field performance.

Rather than adding complexity, Eco Clipper focuses on smart engineering choices: electric drivetrains, optimised deck geometry, balanced machine weight and stable ground following. Together, these elements create efficient, predictable and low-maintenance mowing solutions.

Thanks to this integrated approach, Eco Clipper machines perform reliably under a wide range of conditions, grass types and operational environments. They are ideally suited for professional large-area mowing, with low operating costs and long service life.
