The Eco Clipper Mowing System

Eco Clipper has developed a mowing system that addresses the limitations of traditional cylinder and rotary mowers, particularly in capacity, consistency and operating conditions.

The system is built from independently suspended 102 cm deck sections, combined into larger, flexible mowing decks that closely follow ground contours. Each section integrates three small, high-speed blades, a low-friction deck underside and large flotation tyres.

This configuration delivers a clean and consistent cut, even clipping distribution and accurate contour following, while minimizing soil compaction — including under wet field conditions.

Electric blade drive
Independent electric motors drive each blade, reducing mechanical complexity, lowering maintenance requirements and enabling quiet, energy-efficient operation.

Optimized deck design
With three blades per meter and a smooth, low-friction inner deck surface, the design delivers consistent cutting quality and even clipping distribution.

Kinematic deck suspension
Individually suspended deck sections ensure precise contour following at operating speeds up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph), minimizing scalping and surface disturbance.

Wide-area engineering
Working widths up to 14.1 m (46.3 ft) enable high area output, while foldable deck configurations allow transport within street-legal width limits.

Modular system architecture
A common set of deck modules and components allows different models and configurations to be built efficiently for specific applications.
