Designing and building electric mowing systems
for large areas
Eco Clipper
Eco Clipper develops and builds mowing technology with a clear engineering mindset. We focus on simple, robust solutions that perform reliably under real working conditions. Rather than adding complexity, we design systems in which electric drives, deck geometry and machine balance work together as one integrated whole. This approach results in efficient machines with low maintenance requirements and predictable performance.
Our machines are used in professional environments where reliability, capacity and long-term cost control matter. From turfgrass production and sports fields to large-scale green area management, Eco Clipper systems are designed for daily operation in demanding conditions. We engineer for consistent results across different climates and soil conditions — not ideal laboratory settings, but real fields.
Electric as a logical consequence of the mowing concept
Electric drive is, at Eco Clipper, a direct consequence of our deck design. The high density of small, sharp blades combined with a flexible, ground-following deck structure requires an efficient, individually driven system.
For this reason, we use electric spindle motors for each blade. This configuration reduces mechanical complexity while enabling compact drivetrains, precise control and efficient operation.
Fewer mechanical components mean reduced wear, simplified service and lower long-term operating costs.
Continuous development
Continuous development is part of how we work. We collaborate closely with professional users, technical partners and research institutes to refine and improve our systems. Practical feedback from the field guides our engineering decisions, ensuring that innovations are grounded in operational reality and long-term reliability.
At Eco Clipper, we believe that well-engineered technology should deliver value throughout its entire lifecycle. By combining electric drive systems, balanced machine design and proven industrial components, we build mowing solutions that remain efficient, serviceable and economically sustainable — today and in the years ahead.
